Winner’s existing mortgage loan must be with SoFi or another financial institution authorized to make or service loans in the U.S. A winner who is not a SoFi mortgage borrower hereby agrees to provide SoFi with sufficient information about their mortgage account and their lender or servicer so that the mortgage loan can be verified as the entrants and the prize can be paid to the lender directly. The prize will only be paid to the financial institution. In no circumstance will the prize be paid directly to the winner.
