Why can't I find the game? Every time I've tried to enter this all I see is a holiday themed photo and no wheel to spin.

Bonus entries without purchase: print your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Kohl's Holiday Quest Promotion,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5025, Department 867796, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5025. You must also list out the number of Punches for which you are entering on the outside of the envelope, (either “3 Punches”, “6 Punches”, or “9 Punches”).
