- Ten (10) Total Prizes FOR THE SCHOOL consisting of:
- One (1) Grand Prize: ten thousand dollars ($10,000 USD) awarded in the form of a check payable to the Designated School, to be used towards the school’s art program and 500 3-packs of Crayola crayons ARV $10,200
- Nine (9) Runner Up Prizes: two thousand dollars ($2,000 USD), awarded in the form of a check payable to the Designated School, to be used toward the school's art program and 500 3-packs of Crayola crayons ARV $2,200
- Multiple levels of the Sweeps as described below:
- The nomination period starts August 1, 2019, and ends on October 15, 2019 - Max of 2 School Nominations per person
- The voting period starts October 16, 2019 and ends on November 1, 2019 - Daily Votes per person
- The judging period starts November 2, 2019 and ends on November 29, 2019
Notes:
The School Awards will only be awarded to a US state-accredited educational institution (grades kindergarten through 8th grade, public, private or parochial) **To Enter: either write an original essay of 50 to 200 words (in English - see rules for essay requirements) or submit a video no longer than 5 minutes describing how the Designated School could use $10,000 to build a bright future for its art program (see rules for video requirements)
